Q. Who can participate and how much does it cost?
A. Almost anyone can participate. Sites will be rejected if they promote: sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities or discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. All sites are subject to our approval. There is NO FEE required to become an Affiliate.

Q. I don't have a website yet. Can I still apply to the affiliate program?
A. For those who wish to promote PhilMovies.com though creating links on a website, the site must be operational at the time you apply in order for FTP Site to consider the application.
Of course you can, first you’ve got to be a member by yourself. Then tell your friends to sign up and use your Affiliate Number Code (this will be sent to you automatically by our system) and convince them to sign up in using this in order to get the necessary credit in your account with us. Download our Referral Application Form and sign this then submit this for approval or you can fax it back to us at (702) 650-2292. It’s FREE and NO Membership Fee required to sign - up in this Referral Application Form. For more information, please read our Affiliate Network Agreement.

Q. How much and how often will I get paid?
A. Affiliates are paid monthly, provided they meet the sales threshold of $25.00. The commission structure is directly related to the volume of referrals that you make. Payment of commissions will be made on a monthly basis, and in accordance with their Affiliate Payment Schedule.
If Affiliate's unpaid, cumulative monthly Commissions are less than $25.00 they will be rolled to the following month. If this Agreement terminates, any Commissions due at the time of termination will be paid at the end of the month following termination. PhilMovies.com reserves the right, for future, without notice to Affiliate, to change these Commissions at their sole discretion.

Q. Do I get paid for each month that a member I referred continues to be a PhilMovies subscriber?
A. Yes. Affiliates are paid of their commissions every month for every active referrals they make up to one (1) year period for each subscriber they refer who signs up for our service and has never had a PhilMovies.com account before. Payment of commissions will be made on a monthly basis, and in accordance with their Affiliate Payment Schedule.

Q. I don't live in the U.S. Can I still be an affiliate?
A. It is possible to become an affiliate if your site is managed outside of the U.S. However, it is imperative that you provide substantial evidence that your website has a sizeable U.S. audience, since only U.S. residents are eligible to become subscribers in our service.

Q. Where do I get the links to put on my site? Can I make my own links?
A. We provide you with all the links and images to be used on your site. They can be accessed through FTP Site account once you have been admitted into the Affiliate Program. We do not authorize the creation and use of your own links and images to promote our service. If you have special needs, we can discuss alternatives that work for you.

Q. Can I use email or newsletters to promote PhilMovies?
A. PhilMovies.com does not authorize the advertisement of our service through email. Newsletters will be approved on a case by case basis.

Q. How do I keep track of how many referrals I have made?
A. Our third party provider, FTP Site, is responsible for tracking and reporting all activity from your site to ours. Each PhilMovies.com link on your site has a special tracking code that records when a customer has clicked through to our site and has signed up for our service. FTP Site makes this transaction information readily available through logging into your FTP Site account.

Q. Can I bid on key words for search advertising purposes?
A. Yes, you may bid on key words. HOWEVER, bidding on the PhilMovies.com trademark or any misspellings of our trademark is strictly prohibited. You may not use the trademark in your URL or in copy.
